I hv been in HR field for the last 6 years and my passion is in HR. But the debts are rising faster than the increments and inflation does not help either. I want to continue to build my career in HR and i dont quite like the idea of being in life insurance business but the returns are mugh higher and my heart breaks each time i have to think about my family finances and my children’s needs and future. Need some advice before i decide. Thanks.

I am in HR and make a great living - maybe you should take a look at your budget and see what things you can get rid of. Most people spend more than they make - maybe you should live within your means.

Where do you live? By the word mum it is either England, Austrailia or the NE of the US. If either US or the UK, you can do both. Continue HR during the day and devote as much time as possible to working part time with Primerica. Your situation is the very reason the comapny began over thirty years ago- for part time people. That was one of the big reasons the big insurance companies disliked A L Williams. Actually, they still dislike us today- we convert their policies to ours every single day.

    Hi cheryl_tanpc ,

Almost all people wants a change for the better from where they are now. Don’t worry. This is a result of our ancestors desire for materialism. However most people are not succesful in a new venture of life. I do not discourage you from changing means of better resources.

Don’t leave your job at once. Thread first the depth of the water by going part time on Insurance business.Do it after office hours or your free day. Make sure that you have quality time with your children. Learn the details of insurance by attending a training session by insurance companies.

Pray for your plans. Then let go and let God.

    Regards

Review your budget, instead of switching over to highly competitive field. Turnover of Manpower in Hospitality and Tourism being comparatively higher. You may consider initiating for a Placement Agency for Hospitality and Tourism industry, which is remunerative, too.

    More can be dis………………..(if required).

    Good Luck !!
