    take your average commission per case, divide it by 12 as most people pay monthly and do the math to see how many it will take to reach your 3k per month.

    You also need to factor in that for every 10 cases you write, 2 will drop off as not completed, and you will probably lose another for ratings, so 7 out of 10 will be placed.

    typically takes 3 months to get case placed and paying so dont expect a dime for at least 4 months, and realistically 12-18 months to get to your number. good luck.

    I used to work for them…….I quit after 9 months…..It is not a good operation in my opinion. You are “captive” which means you can only write for them….the bad thing is that a lot of their products are not price competitive, especially their term insurance. You cant hardly get any long term care policies issued anymore because they are so strict on underwriting. Their Life insurance commissions suck as well.
